# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von exklusiven Bestandskunden zu optimierten Tarifangeboten
  • Unterbreitung von Treue-Angeboten und Vertragsoptimierungen
  • Kein Verkauf an Neukunden / Keine Kaltakquise

### Die Arbeitszeiten im Projekt sind wie folgt vorgesehen:

  • Montag bis Freitag: 09:00–20:00 Uhr
  • Samstag: 09:00–13:00 Uhr
  • Die Einsatzplanung erfolgt im Schichtmodell

### Ihr Profil

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Arbeitsplatz zu Hause: Ein ruhiger, abschließbarer Raum für das Homeoffice ist aus Datenschutzgründen erforderlich
  • Zeitliche Verfügbarkeit für das initiale 4-tägige Online-Training in Vollzeit
