As a Customer Service Representative within a new Order Fulfillment Team , you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of customer orders for our French-speaking customers. Based in our Budapest Shared Service Center, you'll manage the order lifecycle by processing customer orders, maintaining customer master data and coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, you'll help resolve order-related enquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in order management, customer operations or sales support who enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do

• •Manage customer orders throughout the order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• •Process customer orders, order changes and customer master data requests using ERP and CRM systems
• •Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• •Respond to email or phone customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability and shipment status
• •Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to resolve order-related issues
• •Ensure customer and transactional data is maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies
• •Resolve routine order-related issues and escalate more complex cases when appropriate
• •Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• •Build effective working relationships with customers and internal business partners
• •Support team objectives while maintaining a strong customer focus

What We're Looking For

• •Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, sales support, or a similar role within a multinational, shared services, or office environment
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• •Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• •Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team
• •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and a proven track record will also be considered.

Nice to Have

• •Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• •Experience using CRM systems
• •Previous experience in Shared Services or multinational environments
• •Experience working with quotations, customer master data, or order management processes
