Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

• •Together with 10 team members you will be supporting Iberia market.
• •Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.
• •Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
• •You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
• •You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.
• •Starting date for this role will be 1.9.2026

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

• •Native Spanish and business fluent in English. Additional Portuguese is advantageous.
• •Customer centric approach
• •Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
• •Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
• •Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
• •Organizational skills and attention to details
