Data Engineer Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Engineer Lead based in Brazil.

• This is a technical leadership role responsible for building and evolving end-to-end data platforms that power business intelligence and analytics.
• You will own the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through curated datasets and Power BI semantic models.
• The role combines hands-on data engineering with architectural thinking, technical leadership, data governance, and performance optimization.
• You will work across cloud data platforms, ERP and CRM integrations, analytics systems, and modern data architecture patterns.
• A key focus will be ensuring data quality, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency across the platform.
• You will also guide fellow engineers, establish delivery standards, and ensure critical pipeline SLAs are consistently met.
