Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

• Location: Houston, TX
• Hourly Pay: $19.00
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4 to 5 days/week (based on route and business needs) Early morning start times.

Role Summary

As a Delivery Driver , you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You’ll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism.

Position Highlights

• •$1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment
• •Performance-based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
• •Consistent weekday schedule — no weekend work
• •Company-provided vehicle with heat and A/C

What You’ll Do

• •Safely operate a 15-foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories
• •Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures
• •Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers
• •Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed
• •Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• •Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• •Must be 21 years of age or older
• •Valid driver’s license
• •At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
• •No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
• •Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
• •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• •Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
• •Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
