About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Inbound/Outbound Operations Execution: Execute end-to-end warehouse operations in accordance with standard procedures, including goods receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure accurate and timely inbound/outbound processing, strictly adhere to operational specifications, and prevent errors and losses.

Inventory Management & Stocktaking: Monitor real-time inventory status, conduct regular stock counts, and handle inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages) and slow-moving stock. Ensure inventory data accuracy, optimize inventory structure, and improve inventory turnover rate and health.

Goods Storage & Safety Management: Plan and allocate storage areas rationally, standardize stacking practices, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Implement safety management systems to mitigate warehousing risks, ensuring cargo safety and operational compliance.

Exception Handling & Data Reporting: Promptly report and address issues such as damaged goods and order anomalies. Record operational data, provide feedback on process bottlenecks, and assist in optimizing workflows to enhance warehousing efficiency and service quality.
