We’re looking for a Deposit Operations Specialist who brings banking knowledge, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership to the work behind the scenes. You’ll manage important deposit account processes, help colleagues resolve questions, and support accurate, dependable service for our customers.

What you’ll do

• •Manage Platinum Overdraft activity, including daily monitoring, account eligibility, notices, repayment plan records, charge-offs, collections referrals, and monthly reporting.
• •Process returned deposited items, research exceptions, and coordinate with branch and security colleagues when account issues arise.
• •Handle levies and other assigned legal orders in accordance with Bank procedures, including account review, documentation, notices, and payment processing.
• •Research requests for statements, check images, verifications of deposit, and other account information.
• •Complete account maintenance in COCC INSIGHT, process approved fee reversals and internal postings, and handle returned mail using established controls.
• •Coordinate IRA processing and exception tracking, including contributions, distributions, required minimum distributions, year-end reporting, and documentation corrections.
• •Keep IRA procedures current and help branch employees understand processing requirements.
• •Support audits, update procedures, and look for ways to make work more accurate and efficient.
• •Serve as a cross-trained backup for other Deposit Operations functions, including account reviews, ACH and check processing, stop payments, wires, and disputes.
• •Respond to questions from branches, customers, and internal partners with care and follow-through.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• •At least two years of experience in Deposit Operations or a related banking function.
• •Working knowledge of deposit accounts, banking procedures, and related regulatory requirements.
• •Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet processing deadlines.
• •Experience using COCC and Microsoft Office.
• •The ability to research an issue, communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and work independently.
• •A helpful, collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and customers.

IRA experience is preferred , particularly hands-on work with contributions, distributions, required minimum distributions, exceptions, or reporting.

This role involves regular computer work, movement around the Bank, and occasional handling of files and supplies, including infrequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
