Deputy Manager-Program Management Job Description

• The role is responsible for ensuring adherence to PM processes while managing customer relationships during execution and post-sales, in close collaboration with the Business Development team. The incumbent will support the PM team in project delivery and proposal submissions, work with site functional teams to achieve business targets, and drive the implementation of PM processes, dashboards, and data-driven analysis.
• •End‑to‑end project management in alignment with PMP guidelines and Piramal's processes, ensuring integration across all workstreams.
• •Deliver projects within the approved scope, schedule, and customer/business expectations, while managing scope modifications through formal change‑management systems. -
• •Pre-sales: Prepare cost effective proposals, perform detailed cost estimations, and manage overall project budgeting.
• •Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication flow across all stakeholders.
• •Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to enable seamless execution and achieve targeted business outcomes.
• •Facilitate timely issue resolution by coordinating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment on project deliverables.
• •Continuously monitor and track project progress through a robust planning process, enabling structured scheduling, early identification of deviation in plans, and timely corrective actions.
• •Perform comprehensive risk identification and assessment, develop response plans, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• •Ensure effective coordination across internal teams and functional groups, carrying full responsibility for successful project delivery.
• •Communicate project status through weekly reports for senior management and conduct regular customer reviews to ensure transparency and satisfaction for both customer and company.
• •Facilitate discussions on customer and regulatory queries within internal teams to meet customer needs.
• •Support site teams in new product costing systems and launch of new products.
