The AWS Website team is looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and templatization of marketing pages on the AWS website. This role will work across engineering, UX, information architecture, testing, and product marketing to standardize the web experience and build scalable frameworks that work globally.

The ideal candidate can drive alignment across multiple teams at once and has a track record of turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into structured, repeatable solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a clear understanding of brand guidelines, website systems, and technical capabilities. You'll define where content should live on the site, run A/B tests to validate decisions, and develop templates and page strategies that scale across regions. This is a high-visibility role with real impact on how customers experience product marketing content across the website.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • * Create world-class customer experiences on AWS digital properties.
  • * Define the strategy and templatization of marketing pages, building standardized frameworks that raise customer engagement and drive AWS demand globally.
  • * Collaborate with stakeholders across various web, marketing, engineering, UX, product management, and business teams to identify and drive innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience with each launch.
  • * Own the A/B testing and experimentation roadmap to validate decisions and continuously improve page performance.
  • * Approach quality assurance (QA) with a high degree of rigor to ensure the customer experience meets a high quality bar before publication.

Basic qualifications

  • - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • - Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
  • - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • - Experience with web development, specifically with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • - Experience leading and managing migration and transformation programs
  • - Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
  • - Experience working in ticketing platforms such as Asana, JIRA, Workfront or similar tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
