Director, Contract Management

• This remote leadership role oversees contract management and compliance activities across multiple Federal Government programs.
• You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across contracts, subcontracts, procurement, small business commitments, and ethics and compliance.
• The position requires deep knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and the ability to translate complex contractual requirements into effective operational practices.
• You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure programs remain compliant with contractual, regulatory, and organizational obligations.
• The role combines senior-level leadership with responsibility for maintaining strong governance across a broad federal contracting portfolio.
• You will help strengthen contract administration, procurement oversight, compliance processes, and subcontract management.
• This is a full-time remote opportunity with occasional travel for training or meetings.
