Fresh off being named Ad Age's 2025 Business Transformation Agency of the Year and Adweek's 2025 U.S. Media Agency of the Year, GALE is looking for a Director to join its Corporate Communications team. In this high-visibility and high-ownership position, you’ll play a direct role in keeping that momentum going, while supporting GALE’s next wave of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Corporate Communications will help elevate GALE's external presence, extend brand awareness, and support business growth. You’ll partner closely with the Vice President, Corporate Communications, supported by a collaborative team, to drive strategy and execution across everything the team owns: external and internal communications, executive positioning, events, thought leadership, owned channels (social media, website, etc), and more. In particular, the Director will own media relations, steer the agency’s award strategy (e.g., Ad Age A-List, Cannes Lions, etc.), and play an active role in team management.
