Director of AV Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of AV Operations based in the United States.

• This senior leadership role owns field operations across a rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment.
• You will translate strategic priorities and customer commitments into consistent, high-performing operational execution.
• The role oversees a large, geographically dispersed organization spanning regional leaders, fleet managers, service advisors, technicians, and other field teams.
• You will drive performance across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, fleet availability, productivity, staffing, and financial results.
• The position partners closely with recruiting, training, HR, finance, safety, procurement, and IT to remove operational barriers and scale effectively.
• You will also lead launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and the introduction of new vehicle platforms.
• This is a highly visible, travel-intensive leadership opportunity within a fast-paced environment shaped by emerging mobility technologies.
