  • We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at our Florence Home location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.

Qualifications:

Certificate in Dietary Management (CDM) or Certification in Food Service Management, or an associate degree or bachelor's degree in food service management and Restaurant Management is required.

5 years supervisory or leadership role in food service management.

Previous experience in a retirement or health care setting (preferred).

Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dining operations, ensuring high standards of food service management and hospitality.

Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing service quality.

Manage inventory control and food preparation processes to maintain efficiency.
