Director, Partnerships, Collabs, & PR

• This is a senior brand and partnerships role focused on building meaningful connections across culture, talent, entertainment, fashion, beauty, and strategic brands.
• You will lead the development of high-impact collaborations, talent relationships, licensing opportunities, and experiential moments.
• The role combines relationship building and creative ideation with commercial judgment, contract management, and operational execution.
• You will own partnerships from initial sourcing and negotiation through launch, performance tracking, and renewal opportunities.
• You will also manage the day-to-day relationship with an external PR agency and help shape impactful earned-media programs.
• Working cross-functionally, you will coordinate closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social, Influencer, Product, Retail, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
