As the regional business leader, this role is accountable for accelerating sustainable growth, expanding therapy adoption, leading innovation launches, developing market access pathways, and building a world-class commercial organization.
The Director will define and execute the long-term strategic direction for the EEMEA TMTT business, delivering ambitious commercial, operational, and patient-impact objectives while strengthening Edwards Lifesciences’ leadership position in Structural Heart.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Drive the rapid expansion and scaling of the TMTT business across EEMEA by identifying growth opportunities, accelerating therapy adoption, and developing sustainable market infrastructure for long-term success.
Lead the successful introduction, launch, and adoption of current and future TMTT innovations in close partnership with Global and European Business Units, Clinical Affairs, Professional Education, Market Access, and Public Affairs.
Develop and execute strategies that expand patient access to advanced mitral and tricuspid therapies through stakeholder engagement, reimbursement initiatives, ecosystem development, and healthcare system partnerships.
Build, develop, and scale a high-performing regional organization capable of supporting significant business growth, with strong succession planning, leadership development, and talent-retention practices.
Establish Centers of Excellence, Key Opinion Leader partnerships, referral networks, and educational platforms to accelerate clinical capability and procedural adoption across the region.
Drive distributor excellence through capability building, performance management, strategic planning, and consistent execution across diverse markets.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, inclusion, and execution excellence in a rapidly evolving and highly competitive environment.
Serve as a key member of the EEMEA Leadership Team and actively contribute to the overall success of the region beyond the TMTT business.
Partner with peers across Business Units, Functions, and Country Organizations to shape and execute the EEMEA strategy, share best practices, and advance enterprise-wide priorities.
Act as a role model for cross-functional collaboration, bringing thought leadership, constructive challenge, and a strong enterprise mindset to support Edwards Lifesciences’ long-term growth and patient impact across the region.
