The Director Services Business Operations serves as a strategic operating partner to the General Manager, Global Services, helping build the framework needed to scale the organization profitably, efficiently, and predictably. This role has broad ownership across business performance management, forecasting, operational governance, sales operations, capacity planning, business intelligence, and process optimization. You will translate business strategy into measurable plans, performance metrics, and execution priorities. Working across Service Delivery, Sales & GTM, Portfolio Management, Customer Success, Finance, Technology, and regional leadership, you will drive alignment and operational excellence. The role combines financial and analytical leadership with hands-on transformation and process improvement. You will also identify opportunities to improve scalability, productivity, profitability, and commercial execution across global services operations.
