Drive Revenue Growth

Develop and execute strategies that increase consultant-generated pipeline and enterprise revenue

Partner closely with Sales and Sales Leadership on consultant-influenced opportunities and key enterprise pursuits

Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with consulting partners

Negotiate preferred vendor agreements and other strategic partnership opportunities where appropriate

Lead Joint Go-To-Market Efforts

Develop education strategies that strengthen consultant understanding of Benepass's platform and differentiated value proposition

Represent Benepass at industry conferences, executive meetings, and partner events

Identify opportunities to expand Benepass's influence across consultant organizations and regional offices

Influence Cross-Functional Strategy

Serve as the voice of strategic partners internally by sharing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback

Partner with Product to communicate emerging market needs and consultant feedback

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to maximize partnership impact

Measure Business Impact

Own consultant partnership performance against pipeline and revenue goals

Develop quarterly business plans and success metrics for strategic partners

Regularly present partnership performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Experience developing and executing strategic partnership plans with measurable business outcomes

Strong commercial mindset with a track record of influencing pipeline and revenue
