Director, Worldwide Tax

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Worldwide Tax based in Netherlands.

• This senior leadership role will oversee a global tax function within a growing, acquisition-oriented technology organization.
• You will shape worldwide tax strategy across U.S. and international taxation, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, tax accounting, and compliance.
• The role provides direct exposure to senior finance leadership and requires close partnership with Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Corporate Development, and international teams.
• You will lead complex tax planning, cross-border structuring, M&A due diligence, and integration activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• The position also carries responsibility for developing a team and managing relationships with major external tax advisors.
• A key focus will be modernizing tax operations through AI, automation, analytics, and improved data capabilities.
