E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior E-commerce Executive to manage daily online marketplace operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with order processing, inventory management, and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• •Handle end-to-end order processing across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
• •Manage and update inventory regularly to ensure stock accuracy
• •Work on the Shiprocket panel for order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
• •Maintain listing hygiene across all marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.)
• •Assist in creating and managing Amazon A+ Content
• •Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and resolverelated issues
• •Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
• •Ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

• •Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
• •Understanding of order processing workflows
• •Experience in inventory management
• •Familiarity with Shiprocket (preferred)
• •Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content (preferred)
• •Ability to maintain listing quality and accuracy
• •Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
