Tata CLiQ - E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:

We are launching a new sales channel on Tata CLiQ and are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Executive with prior experience on marketplace platformsespecially Tata CLiQ. The role requires strong understanding of cataloging, listing, platform operations, and backend order fulfilment coordination with warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Manage product listing & cataloging on Tata CLiQ (styles, SKUs, pricing, images, attributes).
• •Understand and operate the Tata CLiQ seller panel and marketplace processes.
• •Coordinate order processing with warehouse teams for inventory allocation, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• •Ensure accurate inventory sync between marketplace and warehouse/POS systems.
• •Track order flow, dispatch timelines, cancellations, and returns.
• •Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for on-time fulfilment.
• •Prepare basic MIS reports and share daily updates with stakeholders.
• •Communicate clearly and write basic professional emails with platform and internal teams.

Requirements:

• •1–2 years of experience in marketplace operations, preferably Tata CLiQ.
• •Strong understanding of listing, cataloging, and marketplace backend operations.
• •Knowledge of warehouse fulfilment processes (picking, packing, dispatch).
• •Good working knowledge of Excel and inventory systems.
