The Role
AspenTech’s Digital Grid Management team is focused on helping electric utilities improve how they monitor and manage the grid. Our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) is a key solution that supports safe, reliable, and efficient power delivery. Within ADMS we have our Outage Management System (OMS) and Distribution Management System (DMS).
Your Impact
- Assist with reviews of utility business processes and help document workflows.
- Support project teams by gathering requirements and preparing basic analysis.
- Learn about electric distribution operations and ADMS technology to provide input during project activities.
- Help with change management efforts by preparing materials and supporting communication.
- Contribute to implementation tasks such as testing, documentation, and design support.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering or related field and internship experience required.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
