Job Description:

Work Schedule: PRN, Days. Call required one weekend a month with option to take call through the week. A ble to work at least 2 days a week; primary position would be at Gordon but would also be able to cover at Murray.

• •Sets up and adjust all cardiac imaging equipment and manually maneuver transducers to perform exams. Implements safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures.
• •Performs routine and complex studies and assists physicians in various imaging procedures. Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations.
• •Troubleshoots and resolves equipment issues to maintain operational efficiency. Participates in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field.
• •Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Other duties as assigned.

• •-Associate [Required]
• •-Bachelor's [Preferred]
• •-1+ experience in a hospital environment [Preferred]
• •-Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
• •-American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RCDS) [Required] OR
• •-American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required] OR
• •-Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) [Required] OR
• •-Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required]

Pay Range:

$27.68 - $51.49
