Job Description:
HPE is seeking a eCommerce Digital Customer Success & Transformation Manager (Indirect GTM). We are seeking a highly motivated professional who combines customer success, business development, process optimization, and digital transformation expertise to accelerate HPE's eCommerce growth and partner adoption.
The ideal candidate is not only capable of managing customer relationships and driving business outcomes, but also proactively identifies opportunities, simplifies complex processes, and leverages AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, stakeholder management, innovation, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Business Growth
- Serve as a trusted digital advisor for partners and customers.
- Drive adoption and growth of HPE's digital buying channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase eCommerce utilization, self-service adoption, and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a business consultant by identifying unmet needs and recommending scalable solutions.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Identify business opportunities and operational challenges that can be addressed through digital solutions.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Champion innovation by leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and scale new ideas that create measurable business value.
- Drive adoption of new digital capabilities across customers, partners, and internal teams.
Process Simplification & Automation
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification and standardization.
- Redesign workflows before automation to maximize efficiency and customer value.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Utilize automation platforms and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
Analytics & Business Insights
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Build business cases and recommend actions based on data-driven insights.
- Measure adoption, operational performance, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, digital sales, customer success, or digital commerce.
- Knowledge of indirect sales channels, distributors, OEMs, VOEMs, or partner ecosystems.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with AI-enabled solutions, Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar technologies.
- Experience applying Agile, Lean, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience driving organizational adoption and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with pricing frameworks, automated pricing, or digital sales motions.
- Knowledge of HPE products and solutions.
- Public sector experience is a plus.
