Ecommerce Finance & Accounts Manager (D2C)

• A fast-scaling D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) eCommerce brand in India, we’re building a finance and accounting backbone that powers hypergrowth, real-time P&L insights, and seamless omnichannel commerce operations. Our finance team sits at the heart of unit economics, cash flow velocity, and compliance rigor—with zero tolerance for lag in reporting or control gaps. We move fast, iterate daily, and demand precision from our finance leaders who own the numbers that fuel our next billion-dollar playbook.

Role & Responsibilities

Own end-to-end finance & accounting operations for D2C channels—P&L, cash flow, inventory valuation, and reconciliation across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and proprietary platforms.

Build real-time dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, GMV, contribution margin, and channel-level profitability with dynamic forecasting models.

Lead monthly close, tax compliance (GST, TDS, TCS), and audit coordination—ensuring IFRS/Ind AS compliance and internal controls for high-frequency transactions.

Partner with marketing & supply chain to optimize ad spend ROI, working capital cycles, and inventory turnover; flag anomalies and recommend course corrections.

Automate manual processes via Power BI, Zoho Books, or ERP integrations—reducing close cycle time and eliminating spreadsheet dependency.

Mentor AP/AR teams and drive financial discipline across the org—embedding unit economics thinking into every department’s budget and KPIs.
