Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for warehouse processes.

Order Management:

Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Monitor and optimize order accuracy and delivery timelines.

Return Management:

Develop and implement strategies for efficient handling of returns.

Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to manage stock levels effectively.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.

Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in warehouse management, preferably in the clothing industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
