ED-Paramedic

Full-Time I Third Shift

Emergency Department I Hamburg, KY

The Emergency Department at Baptist Health Hamburg is a part of a 344,000-square-foot medical center offering 24/7 emergency care for patients of all ages. The ED includes specialty treatment rooms, an Extended Care Unit for short-stay observation, and access to 24-hour EMS transport, including ALS ambulance support. Our team delivers high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern, collaborative environment.

Description:

• •Patient Assessment in conjunction with an RN repeat assessment.
• •Provides care to the ED patient.
• •Accurate Documentation of care provided into EMR system.
• •Ensures positive customer relations interactions.

Requirements:

• •High School diploma or equivalent
• •Licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic
• •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of hire date.
• •Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
