- Develop technical procedures, inspection protocols, training materials, job plans, and service documentation.
- Conduct customer visits and build long-term relationships through technical expertise, responsiveness, and direct field support.
- Support customer meetings, site visits, quotations, proposals, technical evaluations, and complex sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for replacement parts, inspections, field service, commissioning, maintenance agreements, reliability programs, rebuilds, upgrades, consulting, and technical training.
- Work closely with the Strata Sales Manager and North American Mining New Business team to identify, execute, and support sales of MTECK draglines, mining equipment, services, and parts.
- Represent Strata professionally at customer meetings, mine sites, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Requires approximately 50-70% travel to customer sites, active mines, maintenance facilities, training locations, trade shows, and industry events.
