Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its expanding ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco or Palo Alto offices. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. Candidates must have at least two years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. Quantitative and Excel skills are preferred.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be fo und here .

Compensation range: $235,000 to $260,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
