Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

• •Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site
• •Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards
• •Conduct trial runs and handover to customers

Service & Maintenance

• •Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems
• •Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• •Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems

Field Support & Troubleshooting

• •Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis
• •Support junior service engineers and technicians at site
• •Coordinate with R&D and Production for recurring issues and improvements

Customer Coordination

• •Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues
• •Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel
• •Ensure timely closure of service calls

Documentation & Reporting

• •Maintain service reports, logs, and maintenance records
• •Provide feedback to management on field performance and issues

Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety rules and company safety policies
