Job Description:

Build bank statement analysis systems covering document extraction, parsing, categorization, and anomaly detection.

Design and deploy Voice AI Agents using Pipecat, including STT/TTS orchestration, turn detection, VAD, and telephony/SIP integration.

Develop agentic AI applications using LangGraph and LangChain, including multi-step workflows, tool calling, state management, and human-in-the-loop processes.

Work directly with clients to understand requirements, build prototypes, and deploy production-ready solutions.

Integrate AI agents with CRMs, databases, banking APIs, and internal systems.

Troubleshoot and optimize latency, accuracy, reliability, and overall AI performance in live environments.

Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring solutions for AI agent behavior.

Own the complete lifecycle from prompt engineering and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
