We are hiring Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Agentforce & AI Expert.

Here is the JD-

Total Experience should be 15 yrs - 25 yrs

• •Identify Agentforce use cases and define business outcomes success metrics and deployment roadmap
• •Design and build Agentforce agents including topics actions instructions prompts and guardrails Experience in AFDX ability to leverage AI to create agents
• •Connect Agentforce with Salesforce CRM Data Cloud knowledge sources APIs and enterprise systems
• •Apply prompt engineering testing and optimization practices to improve response quality and task completion
• •Implement security trust compliance and humanintheloop design patterns
• •Troubleshoot agent performance adoption blockers and integration issues during pilot and production rollout
• •Create reusable Agentforce assets playbooks and accelerators for scale
• •Knowledge of how to use Data 360 and Salesforce capabilities for structured and unstructured data grounding
• •Ability to debug trace and map bottomup patterns to established KPI standards and propose ongoing improvements to AI deployments
• •Knowledge of enterprise AI patterns and Salesforce AI integration core platform external AI integration custom MCP A2A patterns
