Engineering Manager - Tradeify Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Tradeify Platform based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on engineering leadership role responsible for a core platform that supports a live, revenue-generating trading business. You will lead the team responsible for backend services, infrastructure, trading accounts, evaluations, third-party integrations, and APIs used by multiple product teams. The role combines people leadership with active technical involvement in architecture, code reviews, delivery, reliability, and production operations. You’ll work closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scale the platform while maintaining speed, resilience, and service quality. Because the platform is already business-critical, you’ll balance new development with technical debt, operational stability, and evolving customer needs.
