Enrollment Specialist

• This remote role gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients by helping them access proactive, technology-enabled healthcare programs.
• As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients referred to chronic care management and remote patient monitoring services.
• You will educate patients about available programs, answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through a seamless enrollment experience.
• The role combines high-volume patient communication, technology, attention to detail, and compassionate customer service.
• You’ll work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure patients receive the support and resources they need.
