About MoonPay
MoonPay is for builders with something to prove.
This isn't a "work on cool crypto stuff" company. It's a high-standards, high-velocity, high-accountability company building the operating system for value movement. If the internet moves information, we move value: crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and whatever comes next. Four offerings make that real: fund, tokenize, trade, and spend. 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners run on us. Licensed in the U.S. Regulated across the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
AI is the default operating mode here. It's woven into every role, and we expect you to use it daily. It handles the manual work so you can deliver on what actually matters.
You'll thrive here if outcomes excite you more than process, if impact motivates you more than titles, and if you want hard problems, real ownership, and teammates who love winning, building, and doing it together.
The bar is high. The pace is real. We're building for what's next, for humans and agents.

Please know that this list is indicative, and that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel that you are only a 75% match. Skills can be learned, diversity cannot.
1. About the Opportunity ✍️
MoonPay serves a broad range of business customers, from crypto-native platforms and digital-asset companies to banks, fintechs, payment providers, global employers, marketplaces, and merchants.
Enterprise Marketing focuses on organizations evaluating MoonPay as a strategic infrastructure provider. These customers often have complex operational requirements, multiple stakeholders, longer decision-making processes, and significant needs around integration, compliance, reliability, and scale.
As Enterprise Marketing Director, you’ll define how MoonPay positions itself and goes to market with these audiences across its broader portfolio of products and capabilities. This is not a marketing role for a single product or business line. You’ll create a cohesive enterprise narrative for MoonPay while developing focused strategies for the products, use cases, industries, and customer segments within it.
This is a hands-on leadership role, initially operating as an individual contributor and partnering closely with MoonPay’s central Creative, Communications, and Marketing teams. You’ll define the strategy and personally drive its execution, from positioning and campaign development to social content, product launches, sales enablement, and performance measurement.
This role is for a versatile marketer who can move easily between strategic thinking and execution. The role is a mix of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Demand Gen, so an experienced swiss army knife marketer is a perfect fit who is equal parts creative and data-driven.
On any given day, you might define the narrative for a new product, write content for X or LinkedIn, brief the Creative team on an integrated campaign, build materials for a strategic prospect, shape a customer GTM launch, or analyze which programs are contributing to the pipeline.
You’ll have significant ownership over how MoonPay shows up to enterprise audiences and the opportunity to establish the foundation from which the Enterprise Marketing function can grow.
2. What you will do
Build MoonPay’s Enterprise Marketing strategy from the ground up, translating business goals into a focused go-to-market plan, campaign roadmap, editorial calendar, and day-to-day execution priorities.
Define a cohesive enterprise narrative for MoonPay across its broader portfolio while developing differentiated positioning for specific products, capabilities, use cases, industries, and customer segments.
Operate as the marketing lead within the Product–Sales–Marketing partnership, ensuring customer insight, product strategy, and commercial priorities translate into coordinated market execution.
Remain hands-on across the full marketing lifecycle, developing the strategy, writing the brief, creating the content, coordinating stakeholders, launching the work, and measuring its performance.
Own the positioning and messaging across MoonPay’s payments, stablecoin, crypto, and digital-asset infrastructure, making complex products clear, differentiated, credible, and commercially compelling.
Develop go-to-market strategies for priority audiences, including banks, fintechs, payment providers, wallets, exchanges, marketplaces, merchants, global employers, and digital-asset businesses.
Lead go-to-market execution for new products, capabilities, integrations, markets, and strategic partnerships—from audience definition and messaging through launch, distribution, and adoption.
Work closely with Sales and Product to identify priority segments, use cases, buyer needs, and market opportunities based on customer conversations and active deal cycles.
Stay directly involved in priority accounts and deals, creating tailored narratives, presentations, case studies, competitive guidance, and other materials that help Sales engage and win complex enterprise customers.
Turn insights held across Sales and Product into scalable marketing assets, including segment playbooks, buyer-specific messaging, use-case content, sales enablement, and objection-handling frameworks.
Build integrated campaigns across content, digital, social, events, partnerships, executive engagement, and account-based marketing to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified enterprise pipeline.
Partner with MoonPay’s award-winning in-house Creative team to conceive and lead integrated campaigns, owning the campaign strategy, audience, brief, messaging, channel plan, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
Give Creative clear customer and commercial context, provide decisive feedback, and ensure the final work is both creatively strong and effective against its intended objective.
Develop and manage MoonPay’s enterprise content strategy and calendar across LinkedIn and X, personally creating posts and longer-form content for the company and its executives that build credibility with business audiences.
Strengthen MoonPay’s voice with enterprise audiences by developing a clear, authoritative point of view on relevant product developments, customer needs, regulatory changes, and industry conversations.
Create high-quality content across formats, including campaign copy, thought leadership, customer stories, presentations, website copy, reports, sales materials, executive content, and event programming.
Develop joint marketing programs with customers and strategic partners, including launch plans, case studies, co-marketing campaigns, events, and social amplification.
Build a thought-leadership platform for MoonPay, working with executives and subject-matter experts to develop original perspectives on payments, stablecoins, crypto, treasury, tokenization, and global financial infrastructure.
Partner with Communications to ensure product launches, customer announcements, partner news, executive thought leadership, and media activity reinforce a consistent enterprise narrative.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure product claims, customer stories, campaigns, and social content are accurate and appropriate for a regulated financial business.
Own Marketing’s contribution to enterprise pipeline, product adoption, revenue, account expansion, and partner growth, working with Sales and Revenue Operations on attribution, reporting, and performance reviews.
Use campaign data, customer feedback, product adoption, and sales insight to evaluate performance, improve execution, and prioritize future investment.
