Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator in our North Mankato-MN facility.

• Work Authorization:
• To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Operate equipment and machinery used for processes such as packaging, bindery, finishing and print production
• •Setups, adjustments and cleanups
• •Operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• •Read and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery
• •Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion

Your Shift:

Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm

You Must Have:

• •Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
• •High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
• •High degree of mechanical ability
• •Good reading ability

We Would Also Prefer:

• •Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
• •Ability to effectively communicate with team members
• •High degree of analytical skills
• •Good color discernment

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 - 25. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
