EUC Modern Workplace Engineer

• This is an opportunity to support and evolve enterprise-scale Windows endpoint environments within a global, multicultural technology organization.
• The role focuses on the administration, security, automation, and lifecycle management of modern workplace technologies.
• You will work extensively with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.
• Your expertise will help maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing endpoint environments for users across multiple regions.
• You will investigate complex incidents, automate operational processes, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• The role involves close collaboration with service desk, security, infrastructure, application, and external vendor teams.
• You will also contribute to Windows 11 readiness, device lifecycle initiatives, and the ongoing modernization of the digital workplace.
