Your Role

You'll be working within a varied, complex role with one of Capgemini's valued customers in a travel role through regional WA and metro areas, when not travelling through the regions, you will be in the main office is in Perth (Leederville) Western Australia, working with an accomplished team in a collaborative atmosphere.

You will provide onsite, kiosk and remote desktop support by responding to and resolving incidents and service requests whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and investigating, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices.

Your Profile

This role requires travel to remotes sites one week in two. Travel is conducted during standard business days only, with no weekend work involved. Depending on the region being serviced, trips typically range from three to five days in duration. Because of this we require all candidates to have a full WA drivers licence.

• •Providing enterprise level technical support and customer oriented service experience
• •Experience with supporting Windows OS
• •Experience with supporting the Office365 suite of applications
• •ITIL v3, MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded
• •Ability to work with composure and professionalism when dealing with multiple demands.
• •Ability to work unsupervised on client sites, some in remote areas
