This individual will play a critical role in enabling executive leaders to operate effectively by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and driving seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic administrative support to company leadership and, over time, other senior executives by managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Anticipate executive needs by preparing meeting materials, managing action items, drafting communications, and ensuring leaders are well-prepared for key decisions, presentations, and initiatives.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting, executive meetings, offsites, All Hands, and other organizational events with exceptional attention to detail.
Serve as a trusted partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market, and executive leadership teams by facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and helping drive alignment on priorities.
Manage confidential information with sound judgment while continuously improving administrative processes and identifying opportunities to increase executive efficiency and team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, travel, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting communications on behalf of senior executives.
Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
Experience planning and executing executive meetings, offsites, and cross-functional events.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience using collaboration and expense management tools.
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
