THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a high-level music executive across both business and personal/family responsibilities.
This is a fast-paced, high-touch role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable managing a constantly changing schedule. The ideal candidate has experience working directly for a high-level executive, entrepreneur, founder, or similarly demanding principal and understands how to anticipate needs rather than simply react to requests.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of business and personal logistics, including:
Managing an extremely busy and constantly changing calendar
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calls, appointments, and commitments
Managing personal and family schedules and logistics
Making restaurant, hotel, travel reservations
Working with a travel agent to coordinate domestic and international travel
Managing itineraries and making sure all logistics are handled smoothly
Keeping track of appointments, deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups
Communicating with executives, clients, vendors, staff, friends, family members, and other contacts as needed
Handling last-minute changes and time-sensitive requests calmly and efficiently
Researching and solving problems quickly when something unexpected comes up
Anticipating potential scheduling conflicts or logistical issues before they become problems
Helping keep both the executive's professional and personal life organized and running smoothly
Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish without needing constant direction

REQUIREMENTS
3 to 4 years of experience directly supporting a high-level executive, founder, entrepreneur, celebrity, or other high-profile/demanding principal
Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent judgment and discretion
Experience managing both professional and personal/family logistics
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Ability to be available outside traditional business hours when needed
Schedule: Flexible / non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
Location: Office is based in Beverly Hills; remote considered
The expected compensation for this position is: $75,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD
