Executive Director, Alliance Management

This senior leadership role is responsible for maximizing the value and effectiveness of strategic alliances across research, development, and commercialization. You will lead complex global partnerships and ensure successful execution throughout the full product life cycle. The position combines strategic alliance leadership with hands-on governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. You will serve as a trusted partner to internal senior leaders and external stakeholders while helping ensure partnership objectives remain aligned. The role also provides an opportunity to shape alliance-management capabilities and develop a high-performing team.
