Executive Director, Asset Team Lead

• This senior leadership role will shape the strategic direction of clinical-stage assets across oncology and immunology/inflammation.
• You’ll translate complex scientific, competitive, clinical, and computational insights into clear portfolio decisions and asset strategies.
• Working across discovery, clinical development, platform, business development, finance, and technology teams, you’ll help determine where resources can create the greatest impact.
• The role combines deep scientific expertise with commercial and strategic judgment to strengthen asset differentiation and portfolio value.
• You’ll leverage advanced computational approaches, proprietary data, and AI-enabled insights to inform drug development and clinical decision-making.
• As a senior strategic partner, you’ll communicate high-stakes recommendations to executive leaders and external stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
