Executive Director, Trade Relations

• This senior leadership role owns trade and patient-support strategy in preparation for the commercial launch of an innovative pharmaceutical product.
• Reporting to the SVP of Market Access, you will define enterprise-wide approaches across distribution, GPOs, patient support programs, and strategic partners.
• The position serves as a critical connection point between commercial strategy and operational execution, ensuring channels and partners are launch-ready.
• You will work closely with Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to establish effective trade operations.
• The role combines strategic planning, complex contract negotiations, organizational leadership, operational problem-solving, and performance management.
• You will also establish governance frameworks that support compliant, consistent, and high-quality patient services while optimizing access and product availability.
• This is a remote executive opportunity with significant external engagement and 50%+ travel, including regular travel to Boston.
