Executive Last Mile Operation

Responsibilities :

● Plan and coordinate daily delivery, installation, and service activities to ensure timely

execution.

● Work closely with technicians and delivery partners to improve operational efficiency

and on-time performance.

● Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery schedules, installations,

and service requests.

● Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure

timely availability and movement of inventory for scheduled deliveries and

installations.

● Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, delivery status, service completion,

and operational metrics.

● Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, installation

success rate, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

● Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements to

enhance customer experience.

● Support onboarding, training, and performance management of technicians and

delivery partners.

● Drive workforce engagement and recognition initiatives to motivate field teams and

improve service quality.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer

escalations and operational issues.

● Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines across

last-mile operations.

What We're Looking For

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

● 1–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, customer experience,

warehouse operations, or supply chain.

● Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

● Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process improvement mindset.

● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse or logistics

management systems.

● Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
