Executive Last Mile Operation

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and coordinate with the picking team to ensure SKU-level inventory

readiness aligned with the dispatch plan and vehicle allocation

● Execute vehicle-wise loading as per dispatch manifest, ensuring 100% accuracy

in SKU count, batching, and route mapping

● Ensure strict adherence to loading SOPs, handling guidelines, and stacking

norms to minimize transit damages

● Validate physical inventory against system-generated dispatch plans

(WMS/TMS) before vehicle closure

● Monitor loading operations in real-time and ensure optimal dock utilization and

turnaround time (TAT)

● Identify bottlenecks in loading workflows and drive root cause analysis (RCA)

for dispatch errors and damages

● Implement process improvements to enhance loading efficiency, reduce cycle

time, and improve productivity metrics

● Maintain dispatch logs, exception reports, and daily performance trackers

(accuracy %, damage %, TAT)

● Collaborate with Last Mile CRM and operations teams to align dispatch quality

with customer experience metrics (OTIF, NPS impact)

Requirements:

● Final-year students or recent graduates pursuing/completing a degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or

related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

● Basic understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch processes, inventory

management, and supply chain fundamentals.

● Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and an eagerness to learn tools such as

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management

Systems (TMS) will be an added advantage.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues,

think critically, and propose practical solutions.

● High attention to detail and a willingness to follow established processes and

compliance guidelines.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment while

coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

● Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong learning mindset.

● Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and enthusiasm to build a career in

logistics and supply chain operations.

Shift Requirement:

● Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts,

depending on business and operational requirements.
