To build and strengthen our superpower, we're looking for an exceptional Executive – Lending Operations who will play a pivotal role in scaling the finance function and partnering with leadership to drive Open's next phase of growth.

Role Overview

Responsible for managing loan application processing, coordinating with lenders and DSAs,

tracking application status, and maintaining MIS reports to ensure timely approvals and

disbursals.

Responsibilities :

● Manage loan file login and submission to lenders.

● Follow up with lenders on application status, approvals, and disbursals.

● Maintain lender trackers and disbursal MIS reports.

● Coordinate with DSAs and provide regular lead/application updates.

● Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth processing of loan cases.

● Build strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in Loan Operations, Lending Operations, or a similar role.

● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

● Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

● Experience in coordinating with Banks, NBFCs, Lenders, or DSAs will be an added advantage.
