Executive - Production

Job Purpose :- To manage and supervise the production activities of the Electrical Motor Section (Plant-1199), ensuring adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibility :-

• •Oversee the day-to-day production operations of the Electrical Motor Section.
• •Ensure production schedules are met as per the defined timelines.
• •Monitor and maintain process quality and efficiency to reduce the Over time.
• •Supervise the manufacturing processes of electrical motors, including coiling, winding, Connections and Assembly.
• •Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
• •Coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth functioning of machinery like TIG Welding, Power Press, CNC machines and Assembly.
• •Utilize SAP for production Management.
• •Train and guide operators and technicians for process improvement.
• •Maintain documentation and prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• •Manage and Control Reworks and Rejections.
• •Ensure Adherence to Company’s goal, Company’s core values, vision and mission.

Skills & Qualification :-

• •B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical motor manufacturing.
• •Hands-on knowledge of TIG welding, Power Press, CNC operations, motor coiling, winding, Connection and Assembly.
• •Proficiency in SAP for production Management (Preferred).
• •Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
