Key Responsibilities

• •Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand and warranty standards
• •Schedule, manage, and coordinate service appointments and repair estimates
• •Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
• •Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and care

Qualifications

• •Previous automotive service advisor experience required (luxury brand experience a plus)
• •High dedication to customer service
• •Excellent communication and follow up skills
• •Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and service operations
• •Proficiency with MS Office, dealership software, internet tools
