Job Description

ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with commercial candidates who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.

ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest from Contract Administrators, Senior Contract Administrators and a Commercial Manager to join an upcoming infrastructure project in regional WA. Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager (or Project Director for the Commercial Manager role), you will manage subcontracts, cost reporting, variations and claims, and support the commercial strategy across the project. This is your chance to secure a place on a major regional project ahead of mobilisation, working a 2/1 roster.

Key Accountabilities

• •Manage subcontract administration and compliance
• •Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variations
• •Assess and negotiate claims and change orders
• •Support procurement and subcontractor engagement
• •Identify and manage commercial risk
• •Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting
• •Build strong relationships with client and stakeholders

Required Skills and Competencies

• •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commerce or related field
• •Experience in contract administration on major projects
• •Strong understanding of subcontracts and variations
• •Sound commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• •Willingness to work a 2/1 roster
