Job Description

ACCIONA has delivered major infrastructure in Australia for over 100 years, including Legacy Way in Brisbane and the Cross-City Tunnel in Sydney. We work across civil, rail, tunnelling, water and building infrastructure, with a growing project pipeline across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Opportunity

As we secure new project awards across our Queensland infrastructure pipeline, we are building a talent pool of experienced commercial, contracts and finance professionals ready to mobilise. With several projects already underway and in the pipeline, we have opportunities North and South across the Brisbane region. You will support project delivery through cost control, contract management, procurement or financial reporting, depending on the position and level. Key accountabilities for the position will be:

• •Manage contracts, commercial risk or cost control depending on role level
• •Support procurement, subcontract administration and variation management
• •Monitor budgets, forecasts and financial reporting for assigned work packages
• •Coordinate with project, client and delivery teams on commercial matters
• •Maintain accurate contract and financial records
• •Identify and escalate commercial or delivery risks

Required Skills and Competencies

Demonstrated experience in commercial, contract administration or finance roles

• •Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery highly regarded
• •Clear written and verbal communication skills
• •Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships
