We’re looking for a mechanically minded Field Service Technician (Electrician) to join our high-performing Doors team in Sydney, NSW . Whether you have direct doors experience or come from a related hands-on background, we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same as you manage the equipment and servicing of KONE’s automatic doors, roller shutters and gates across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing?

• •Carry out preventative maintenance on automatic doors, roller shutters and gates.
• •Attend callouts and breakdowns.
• •Carry out installation and commissioning activities.
• •Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE policies and procedures, including health, safety, and quality standards.
• •Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the local region, delivering high-quality service and support.

What are we looking for?

• •Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
• •Experience in doors or industrial maintenance is highly regarded.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• •Receptive to feedback, eager to learn and committed to continuous improvement.
• •Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• •Full driver's licence.
• •Strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
• •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
